At ProcessDelight we are greatly motivated by making a difference with processes that really help clients move forward. That’s what we just achieved for i2coach, an outsourcing company for team coaches in call centres.
To strengthen i2coach’s operations, we set up a customised digital workspace. We automated the timesheet registration in such a way that coaches can input their hours using an Outlook calendar. This results in a comprehensible Excel dashboard that enables the billing to be done quickly and correctly.
